Filthy People - a cheat's guides to personas.

A session at UX Camp Brighton 2012

Saturday 8th December, 2012

3:00pm to 3:25pm (GMT)

Persona's are great and essential, of course. And an 7-year ethnographic study is the right way to do them, I know.

But this is life. And budgets and timescales and Agile (Yes, YOU Dev community!) mean that doing them the right way is out of scope for most projects.

Here's how to do them wrong: Including using stats and search, hitting the streets, and a bit of role play.

We'll invent a bunch of persona's on the spot using *dirty UX techniques* and see how even bad data can help the design process.

[found this post, pretty much the kind of thing we'll cover - worth a read before as 25 min is pretty short
