This short film is a portrayal of one of New York City's most important and iconic urban structures: the water tanks. These oddly shaped objects are all over the city, yet some how have managed to remain invisible.
The documentary looks at these structures trough the eyes of the people in the streets, the people who manufacture them and two artists that find these unusual structures beautiful.
