Director, Higher Education
Patty Wolfe is a Director of Project Management for Unicon Inc, the leading independent provider of open source training, consulting, and support in higher education. Ms. Wolfe has over 18 years of project management experience spanning a variety of industries including education, information technology, call center, and semiconductor manufacturing. She currently works with Unicon's clients to deliver open source implementation and project management services. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the client relationship which includes revenue generation, client satisfaction, account management and planning, and new business development. Patty is results oriented and focuses on analyzing performance against goals and adjusting business plans accordingly to improve efficiency and standardization. Patty has experience managing projects through all phases of the project management and software development lifecycles. Patty is passionate about service and enjoys engaging with clients to understand and implement solutions that enhance the academic experience for both faculty and students.
Ms. Wolfe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Texas State University where she graduated Cum Laude and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Global Management from The University of Phoenix. Patty is a certified Project Management Professional and Scrum Master.
