Robert has also served on the Jasig Board and represented Jasic during merger talks with the Sakai community and is currently serving on the Apereo Board. He also has been acting as the Board liaison for the uMobile project helping lead the project through its successful Phase 1 and onwards to the just started Phase 2.
Eric Goldman is a Project Manager for Unicon, Inc., the leading independent provider of open source training, consulting, and support in higher education. He has been involved in technology and project management for over 25 years, including work in the financial services industry, banking, utilities and hospitality. Previously Eric worked as a Managing Consultant for a small consulting firm in Houston and also worked as a Director of Technology for a high end real estate/golf course development firm.
He joined Unicon just over a year ago and his area of focus is in the portal community. Currently, his areas of responsibility include most of the uPortal/uMobile projects within Unicon.
Eric holds a degree in Managerial Economics from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management.
