When the UK government asked Numiko to design a digital strategy for its Time to Change initiative, there was hardly any existing content. Fortunately, there was a clear purpose: to help young people understand and talk about mental health. Learn how Numiko used personas and content mapping to build a strong framework from the earliest stages of the project

  • Hear why mapping user journeys can identify key points for content creation and delivery.
