Keynote: The community building FAQ

A session at DevOpsDays India 2013

Saturday 16th November, 2013

9:30am to 10:15am (HMT)

We all agree that technical communities are valuable. That's why we're here at this conference.

The DevOps community in India is in it's early days, and many years of growth lie ahead.

In this talk, Sidu Ponnappa of C42 Engineering shares his experiences spanning over a decade of community building at every level.

We will talk about:
* Why communities are valuable in general
* Who are the stakeholders in a community
* What does each stakeholder get from and put back into a community
* What does it take to build a stable community
