11:00am to 11:45am
Learning Beyond Borders @206 is an inquiry initiative at Cedarwood's Literacy At School classroom. Through student led tech carousels, participants can sample a variety of easy-to-integrate tech tools, apps and learning pathways that engage learner facilitated collaborative conversations across the curriculum and beyond borders. Specifically focussed for junior-intermediate engagement, this session links content literacy in science, history, geography and math with an embedded social justice approach that acknowledges and celebrates multiple worldviews for an equitable and sustainable environmental stewardship in the 21st century.
[This is a double session but you can attend either from 10-10:45 or 11-11:45 *or both* since both presentations will work with different student experts.]
