Radio in the 1920’s; TV in the 50’s; the Internet in the 1990’s; the mobile and social media platforms of today….

Engagonomics draws on the past to illustrate how these respective technologies have transformed the modern world - and how each phenomenon has had a profound effect on the way that successful businesses communicate with their customers.

Using examples from Global organisations, we illustrate how they tailor their ‘creative accent’ to the technology and channel utilized, in order to maximise market engagement. We unpick the process behind their changing tone of voice, revealing that rather then jumping on a new media bandwagon, it is based on constant re-imagination of the relationship between their brand promise, emerging technologies, their customers and return on investment.
