Leticia Jáuregui Casanueva

Founder, CREA

Born and raised in Mexico City, Leticia received a BA in economics and one in international relations from ITAM. In 2008, Leticia founded CREA that trains & advises low-income women micro entrepreneurs in rural & marginalized communities to strengthen & grow their businesses. She is one of the founders of HubDF that provides a unique platform for collaboration for high impact entrepreneurs in Mexico by giving them access to a dynamic workspace and a network of local and global contacts and resources. Leticia was also selected as one of the top social entrepreneurs of the world by Echoing Green in 2008. A few years later Leticia became a Sandbox Network member and an Associate of the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations. She’s currently attending the Graduate Studies Program at Singularity University.
