Inês is the Sandbox Network ambassador for Portugal. As an alumni from the Singularity University Graduate Studies Program 2013 she will share the secrets that have driven her to be one of the most relevant young community shappers in Europe.

Inês Santos Silva

Founder, StartupX.org

Inês Silva is a young entrepreneur and community builder. Over the past 4 years, Inês has been recognized for her work as a startup facilitator and community builder on a national and international level. In 2012, she co-founded StartupX, a non-profit organization aiming to multiply the impact of entrepreneurs and startups around the world.

To do that, she launched 3 international programs: Startup Pirates, a one-week community driven acceleration program for entrepreneurs in the making currently operating in 17 countries in 3 continents; Startup Exchange Program a mentor driven exchange program designed to scale-up startups, currently helping startups from around the world to come to Europe; and Startup Tour a 3 day program designed to provide access to the best startup ecosystems in the world.

Inês is also involved in the TED community as a TEDx organizer, in the Sandbox Network as an ambassador for Portugal and Global Shapers as a member for Lisbon. Inês is also an alumni from the Singularity University Graduate Studies Program 2013.
