Your JavaScript Sucks, But We Can Fix That: Writing Robust, Flexible & More Efficient Front-End JS

A session at Future of Web Design London 2013

Tuesday 14th May, 2013

9:50am to 10:30am (GMT)

In this talk Jack will tackle some of the bad habits he sees front-end developers slip into and encourage people to not be as scared of JavaScript as they seem to be. He'll look at ways to speed up development time, using some new tools like Grunt to help us rapidly prototype and skip the "boring" bits of every project. He'll also tackle common errors and mistakes and learn how to fix or avoid them, exploring new JavaScript libraries and learning how to increase performance.
