A change would do you good. Sheryl Crow said it best, but she may not have been talking about websites. We all want to stay on top of the game and do our best to ensure our online presence is feature rich, aesthetically stunning and usable, but what really drives us to consider taking on the task of redesigning our sites and applications? In this session we'll explore some fundamental reasons that drive people to give their web presence a makeover, the potential pitfalls and reasons why you may not want to, and what (if anything) we can learn from past trends.
