We’ll help you learn startup best practice based on real world success stories. This is a hands–on, fast paced workshop which introduces the principles behind lean startup.

What you’ll learn:

Why passion & purpose are important
The importance of knowing your audience and their world
The value of creating stories and personas
How to conduct effective customer interviews
How to create a one page business plan
Different ways to validate your idea
How to define your minimum viable product (MVP)
Numbers are limited as we only have a small space so get in there quick!

This session will be run by the founders of Spook Studio – Laurence McCahill (design lead) and Carlos Saba (technical lead).
