Ben has been working in digital since 1998 and worked at professional services firm KPMG for 5 years, from 1999 to 2004, as the lead UK designer that saw him work on projects for many FTSE100 clients as well as global branding projects over in the USA for . Ben left in mid-2004 seeing an opportunity to offer accessibility services to clients direct, and set up his own business called Spotless Design (renamed Spotless Interactive in 2009). The types of services offered by spotless include UX Strategy, usability testing, user research, interactive prototyping, mobile usability testing, biometric research eyetracking, accessibility testing, ethnographic studies and much more. Ben has over 15 years’ experience in the digital space and is extremely passionate about all aspects of web usability and user research. Spotless Interactive have worked with agencies such as AKQA, LIDA (M+C Saatchi) Dare Digital, Syzygy, TMW, Profero, Transform and many more. Spotless Interactive have provided usability and UX services to Skype, Nokia, Ubisoft, Brother, Capita, Universal Music, Carbon Trust, Argos, Vodafone, Unibet, Paddy Power, Virgin Games, Premier Inn, Imperial College, Euromoney and many more.
