We’ll take a look at our approach to designing websites for multiple devices. What’s the best way to deliver content to a phone, tablet or computer? When is a responsive design better than a dedicated mobile site? Do analytics guide our decisions? How should we adapt content for different devices?
Designers will get a fundamental understanding of the techniques behind each approach and when to use or avoid them. We’ll discuss advantages and disadvantages with a look at several Boston University projects showcasing each approach.
