We’ve all been there. We come in late to a project — it could be a social media campaign, a website redesign, or a new email newsletter — and realize that little if any thought has been given to a content strategy. How is old content being audited, revised, or removed? How is new content being sourced and created? What is the plan for maintaining content going forward? Crickets.
What now? We know the importance of a well-thought out content strategy, so how do we salvage the project at this late stage? This talk offers a series of considerations for implementing a Hail Mary content strategy. And just like a good quarterback in the closing minutes of a tight game, it all comes down to being decisive, showing leadership, and improvising a game plan that leads to victory.
