So far, no attempt was made to unite on a single event rather similar technologies of creating modern applications — a closed and tightly controlled mobile iOS by Apple and open-source web-framework Ruby on Rails; development with them was in parallel independently of each other as they originally had different missions. However, basic principles of these platforms are close, and meeting developers with each other will allow them to solve problems such as the understanding of each environment, synchronization of mobile and web applications, speed, functional content, ease of use, access to new markets and ways of monetization, cooperative project management and many others; to rapidly gain more knowledge, master the necessary technical skills and greatly improve their workmanship. Experts from the U.S., Canada, Europe, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine engaged directly in software development and the creation of high-loaded applications and services will hold a series of presentations and workshops. A wide range of topics will be covered for two days, from introduction to the theory of development for beginners up to analysises of highly specialized solutions and philosophical talks about simplicity, design and efficiency.
