As brands rush to embrace the start-up world and seek out ways to work with entrepreneurs, it's important to create expectations for the relationship. Pepsi addressed this challenge by looking to how VC's build their portfolios and pipelines. In this session Pepsi will share how they developed criteria to evaluate start-ups and set expectations and milestones for the companies they chose to work with. Andrea Harrison Director of Digital Engagement at PepsiCo will also share startup stories to help attendees understand the thought process of an investor.
