Keynote: When open-source enables the Internet of Things

A session at JAX 2013

Wednesday 24th April, 2013

7:00pm to 7:30pm (CET)

Be it the building you live in, your car, the pacemaker of your grandmother, or your toaster, it is expected that by 2020, there will be tens of billions of connected objects. While there are solutions already deployed nowadays, the real take-off of M2M cannot happen without open-source. In this keynote talk, Benjamin Cabé will explore the challenges of the Internet of Things, and share insights on the open-source technologies developed by the Eclipse M2M initiative. And yes, there will be a demo!
