The North American delegations of Les Maîtres Cuisiniers de France and L’Académie Culinaire de France are in for a true taste of the South during this year’s annual MCF conference, taking place June 23 – 25 in Charleston, SC.

Hosted by Patrick Properties Hospitality Group and youngest-ever French Master Chef Nico Romo, the assembly will draw renowned MCF and ACF chefs from across the US, Canada and France to convene on organization business and celebrate the induction of new members.
