Friday 10th May, 2013

9:30am to 10:45am (EST)

Interested in employing new technologies to improve your library’s services but don’t know what’s out there or where to begin? Join a panel of librarians representing a selection of Delaware’s college and research libraries as they discuss their experiences using emerging technologies including QR codes, clickers, various social media applications, and Prezi. Panelists will discus how each technology was chosen, what need it has helped to fill, how the technology was implemented, and the successes and challenges that each technology introduced. Attendees will come away with a useful toolkit of ideas for implementing technologies to improve services in their own settings.
