This work week, we'll be up in San Francisco (7th floor's boardroom + a conf. room on the 3rd floor, alternating days), sequestered and focusing on:
* Gaia smoketest automation (infra/test reliability/coverage)
* Marketplace test coverage (including Identity pieces)
* Continuing to hone our Contributor story:
** on-ramping (including documentation)
** recognition/reward
** retention
* Having fun and building a stronger, more well-connected and communicative team, including our community contributors
