Building web apps, one Brick at a time!

A session at Over the Air 2013

Friday 27th September, 2013

4:00pm to 5:00pm (GMT)

How to quickly build the interface for their HTML5 app using Mozilla Brick, a collection of UI components that allow developers to express the structure of an application in a concise manner.

I'll also show how to customise the look and feel of the native Bricks and how to bake your own ones (yes, that was a bad pun), plus how you can use them freely with your existing app that might have already been built with any other framework.

Say goodbye to the <div><div><div> madness and hi to the expressive <custom-components>!

By day I work at Mozilla's Apps Engineering team, building and helping people build Open Web Apps. By night I try to sleep, but I often end up tinkering and hacking. I can't stop it. HELP!
