Being graduated from the CPE Lyon and the INSA LYON, Luc PIERRE DIT MERY holds an engineering degree in Processing information and a POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA in Software engineering.
From 1991 till 1996, Luc is a project manager in the Ministry of Defence / DGA / center of the SIC's Maquettage; then, from 1996 till 1998, he became in charge of the department of Interoperability in SIC.
In 1998, he joins SFR as an Architect IF, where he was in charge of setting up the functional architecture, target of the operator's IF in coherence with the needs and growth targets of the company as well as an equipped reference table of architecture.
In 2000, he became Responsible of Urbanization and Architecture of IF for T-Systems France (subsidiary of Deutsch Telekom).
From 2003 till 2006, he is the Project director "Management of the relation of users" (CRM) for the Ministry of Finance with the implementation of a set of applications centralized by CRM cross canal (Web portal, counters, mail, telephone, email) for the General tax office and the Head office of the Public accounting.
In 2006, he was named Responsible of Structure and Administration for the Company in order to answer the new stakes in the new banking activities of the group La Poste (The french Post office): structure of the business as functional and practicable.
Since 2011, Luc is Responsible of the "National bureau of Architecture of Company and Transformation of IF" in the Service of the Prime Minister / DISIC Services along with managing the works of architecture of company for the whole Satete's perimeter.

Romain BERTRAND is managing the Web factory at Réseau Ferré de France, a french state-owned company, major player in the railway sector.
This web-factory is aimed to provide a digital communication toward the general public around railway projects (new lines and modernisation programmes).
Romain is fully devoted to the digital communication and promotes the web accessibility for most of his web projects (B2B and B2C)

Engineer in Biotechnology, after a life incident/accident in 1996, Vincent has begun to make Web development, free-lance for more than 10 years, and finally, accessibility expert since 2007 for Orange. Strongly involved in e-accessibility in many organizations (APF, associations des paralysés de France, CFHE, Conseil Français des personnes Handicapées Pour les questions Européennes…), he took part in WCAG 2.0 french translation and he’s member of the GTA (Groupe de travail AccessiWeb), he is still fighting to promote inclusion for all !
Project manager in Accessibility and Web Quality, DILA
After a fist career as a corrective examiner then chief corrective examiner in the DILA, Anne Cavalier showed interest in both the Web and the open source, on a private level at the first place. Then, as a matter of fact, since 2004 she participates actively in the free project Dotclear. On a professional level, Anne joined, in 2009, the team in charge of the administration of the site Légifrance, within the department of products and digital services of the DILA. After having followed a long training at Temesis in 2010, she held in this same company the functions of project manager in Accessibility and Web Quality.

Specialist of complex Web/IS project management, CK has developed an expertise in operational management of multidisciplinary and multi-provider teams.
She acquired communication and technical skills through her experience acquired in communication agencies and IT services companies.
During the last 5 years spent in La Poste, she concentrated on proving that rich media and accessibility can go hand in hand.
Her last project (redesign of Group recruitment information system) was awarded best user-friendly website over 250, and certified100% RGAA compliant.
