ABOUT THE EVENT
The Public Sector workforce consists of 56% women; however there is still an under-representation of women in senior leadership roles. With flexible workplace arrangements to support women with families, what other factors are key in encouraging more women to take on senior leadership positions?

The Public Sector Women in Leadership Summit 2013 provides a platform for executive women to establish a community of support and practice and to gain new perspectives in driving their career. For existing and emerging leaders, and those responsible for advocating an increased representation of women in senior leadership roles, it is an inspiring and informative event, as well as learning and networking opportunity not to be missed.
