9:30pm to 10:00pm
First on stage will be Chris Coltrane, whose stand-up show ‘Activism is Fun’ at last year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival told the story of how Chris ‘fell back in love with activism’ and aims to show people through his thoughtful and friendly stand up how protesting can be joyful and something anyone can get involved in.
Chris Coltrane is a stand-up comedian and activist, with a keen interest in civil liberties, tax justice, feminism, evidence-based politics, and joy. His first solo show Activism Is Fun was in the top 20 best-reviewed shows at the Edinburgh Festival. He writes for the New Internationalist, and runs Lolitics, a monthly political comedy club in Camden, London.
