In this presentation Venu Akkinepalli gives a brief introduction to user stories in the requirement analysis. He then continues to explore the best practices in writing user stories and how they can be optimized to deliver value in agile development. Venu explains the INVEST attributes of user stories and how they can influence the project backlog to maximize the business value. By the end of the presentation the users should have better appreciation for:
1. Best practices in writing effective user stories
2. How user stories can translate to effective product backlog and sprint backlog
3. Role of team members in grooming product backlog using user stories
