Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile - What makes a Successful BA?

A session at Southwest Ohio Business Analysis Regional Conference

  • Kate Gwynne, CBAP, CSM

Friday 19th April, 2013

11:10am to 12:00pm (EST)

An Analyst is an Analyst is an Analyst….right? That may be the thinking behind some project team selections. Yet what some Project and Program Managers are discovering, is that while certain BA’s are able to switch from Waterfall to Agile projects (or vice versa) with minimal difficulty, others struggle to make that transition. This is an interactive discussion on what makes effective BA’s in these environments, issues they may experience, and what companies can do to help.
