Refining a vision for OpenStreetMap.org

A session at State of the Map 2013

Saturday 7th September, 2013

4:30pm to 4:50pm (GMT)

John Firebaugh
At State of the Map US in June, Saman Bemel Benrud presented a vision for a redesign of the OpenStreetMap website. In the months since, we have refined and expanded this vision based on community input, and implemented aspects of it with help from other contributors. This session will discuss the strengths and shortcomings of the current site design, present a vision for a modern, user-friendly, and responsive openstreetmap.org, and summarize the community feedback received so far and current implementation status. ***{Update of SotMUS talk}***
