In a UX test, conventional UX thinking is that numbers can only tell you what happened, and cannot explain the 'why' of a UX issue. James and Sabrina from Webnographer will show how one can discover 'why' an issue is happening. How one can go beyond just knowing completion rates. Sabrina will give a very fast overview of the multitude of different methods for collecting data, and James will explain how information from the different methods can be combined to help build a picture of insights.
