Moving from task based design to experience based design

A session at UX Cambridge 2013

Thursday 5th September, 2013

11:00am to 12:30pm (GMT)

In an increasingly multi-channel world it’s important to look at the entire end to end experience that a customer receives, not just focusing on individual customer tasks and interactions. In this highly practical and interactive tutorial you’ll learn how to move from a task based design mind-set, to an experience based design mind-set. You’ll learn some key tools and techniques for designing true multi-channel experiences and for mapping out the complete end to end customer journey.
