Clients want their sites to work across all devices, regardless of their screen size, and rightly so. The problem is, responsive design isn't just a technical solution to the browser-sizing problem. Clients must tackle the problems they have with their content before their site is technically built to be responsive. This light-hearted session will focus on the challenge of educating clients, alongside practical techniques that can help improve the quality, (and reduce the quantity) of their content.

Bonny Colville-Hyde is a User Experience Consultant at Sift Digital in Bristol. She has been researching and creating great user experiences for over six years, and has worked with clients as diverse as Samaritans, eBay and Expedia.
