Tutorial: CARD: A Collaborative Tool for Rapid Task Analysis and Design

A session at UXPA 2013

Tuesday 9th July, 2013

9:00am to 5:15pm (EST)

To create great design you need to understand how your users do their work. You can do that using CARD, a collaborative method that gets your team on the same page about your user's workflow. Apply it to desktop, web, or mobile apps. You'll jump in & map a user's workflow using CARD, identify their pains & ideas to address them, design an improved workflow, & plan for CARD using your own projects. New to task analysis? Looking for new ways to collaborate with your developers? Or variations you can use with your work? If so, attend this tutorial!
