Prototyping Information Architecture

A session at World IA Day Bristol

Saturday 9th February, 2013

11:15am to 12:00pm (GMT)

Much is said of prototyping interaction design, but can the same be done with information architecture? Certainly it can, and furthermore, it should be encouraged. Yes, even on your very large, very complex and incredibly important project, information architecture can (and should) go from brain to browser and documentation can be deferred and reduced significantly. This session will offer a series of short case studies on how to attempt information architecture by prototyping from the earliest stages touching only briefly on the debate as to where the edges of Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Content Strategy meet.
