Navigating complexity: A Case Study

A session at World Usability Day 2013 Bristol

Thursday 14th November, 2013

10:30am to 11:15am (GMT)

The proliferation of complex problems in a world of increasing indeterminacy requires new approaches that address the new demands on stakeholders, educators, practitioners and theorists of design. In this presentation, information architecture is repositioned for this purpose through a case study of the application of user journey design in an international banking project.
