In Conversation with Two LA Accessibility Innovators (Corporate Dev)

A session at Accessibility Camp Los Angeles

Saturday 6th December, 2014

2:00pm to 2:45pm (PST)

Come hear from Steven Francus and Matt Reamer, each who are building (in the case of Steven) and have built (in the case of Matt) products to address the needs of people with disabilities.

Steven and his team are in the process of building Abilifind, a ratings-based website directed at consumers with disabilities and their families. Steven and his team will describe the goals of the project, and will discuss the process of and lessons learned designing and developing Abilifind to date.

Inspired by his brother who has Autism, Matt will talk about a device he designed , developed, and built to help his brother speak with his parents via text messages in real time from push buttons with tested and custom icons printed on them.
