Presentation of the different level of maturity of Scrum, from doing Agile to being Agile
Software Freethinker - Zenika - France
Christophe Addinquy is a computer addict since 1980. He do it for living for 20 years. At first developer, he also was consultant, trainer, project manager and now agile coach.
During all this period, he was an activist. First on object-oriented programming, then on design patterns and now on agile, all at times where those movements weren’t mainstream. He starts his agile journey in 2001 with XP. In 2005, he led the move to agility of his consulting company. In 2007, he joins an end user company and engages the IT staff in an agile transformation. He was a member of the first bureau of the French Scrum User Group and remains the secretary of the association for 5 years.
He is now helping teams and organization as a coach, mentor or trainer, to be more agile using Scrum, Lean and Lean Startup practices.
