Backend Optional

A session at BerlinJS - May 2014

Science at work! I’m building an experimental web framework that’s host-agnostic: you can build a web app and run it either as a server-side app, or serve it statically to run on the client, or a mix of the two.

This is an experiment. I have an early-stage prototype, but there’s a lot to do yet. I’m showing it off as a baby project to get feedback and hopefully get people interested in how it works.

Some knowledge of CouchDB may be necessary for this talk, but you should be able to understand most of it even if you’ve never used it.
