14 Years ago, Rachel was an unfit, overweight, burnt out telecoms executive and turned her life around after a “eureka” moment in Barcelona when she decided it was time to get fit and healthy. Three years later she started a business based on what she learnt. She walks her talk, and everything she tells her clients to do, she does herself, she is all about living a healthy life the easy way (with planned indulgence of course as life is too short!).
