David Sloan joined The Paciello Group in 2013, as a User Experience Engineer, after almost 14 years as a researcher, teacher and consultant in accessibility and inclusive design at the University of Dundee in Scotland. He focuses on providing pragmatic, practical advice to help organisations produce digital experiences that are as accessible and positive as possible to all users, regardless of disability. He established the University of Dundee’s Web Accessibility Support Service in 2006, and specialises in making online learning experiences more accessible to learners with disabilities.

Sarah Horton has over 20 years experience in interaction and user experience design. As Director of Accessible User Experience and Design for the Paciello Group (TPG), she works with companies and organizations to improve accessibility and accessible user experience in digital products and services. She is co-author of A Web for Everyone with Whitney Quesenbery and Web Style Guide with Patrick Lynch.
