3D printers have emerged as a critical component in the support of student creativity, problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration. Wired magazine editor and author, Chris Anderson, has declared the 3D printer as the "home computer of the 21st century. The next generation of industrial designers are going to be the kids that get 3D printers for Christmas this year.” Learn how students at F.E. Madill in grades 7 through 12 have joined this new industrial revolution.
Discover how students and teachers work together to integrate this cutting-edge technology in their classroom using the Makerbot Replicator 2X 3D printer.
