UX created an online dominated world with unlimited information, self-expression, and self-promotion. CX is the emerging discipline that will reconcile the online with the offline world and will determine business success in the long run.
Katja Kruppa worked as Industrial Designer in Germany for several years before she moved to San Francisco to pursue her MBA in Design Strategy. She inhaled the Californian startup culture for four years and proudly scaled the hills on her bicycle.
So far she successfully mediated between business leadership and design for clients including PayPal, Miele, Swisscom, and Deutsche Telekom. She works at The Ergonomen, where she specializes in Customer Experience Design.
