In this panel discussion, the panelists will offer first-hand insight as to what goes into a successful loyalty program. Representing different angles of the panel topic, each panelist has significant experience with implementing and managing unique loyalty programs.
Moderated by Roger Williams, managing director at Loyalty Click, the panel will be comprised of three experts:

Jerry Filipiak, CEO of Comarch Inc., and Paul Lambson, manager of loyalty marketing ops and analysis at JetBlue, will be giving a presentation on the Comarch’s implementation and management of JetBlue’s TrueBlue Badges program.
TrueBlue Badges was added on to JetBlue’s existing TrueBlue loyalty program in late 2013. As airlines increasingly offer bonus rewards for non-airfare purchases and activities, JetBlue was looking to take it a step further by using gamification and encouraging social interaction. The Badges program rewards TrueBlue members with digital badges – which often come along with additional reward points – for completing various tasks such as booking flights, flying to particular destinations, interacting with the program’s partners and sharing activity via social media.
Filipiak and Lambson will share the outstanding results of the TrueBlue Badges program, and he will also go into further detail on Comarch’s ability to measure customer acquisition and engagement in real-time within social channels.
