FunctionalJS London - NoFlo - March 2014

24 March 2014

FunctionalJS is a meetup to learn about functional programming with JS - whether that means using underscore/lodash, exploring currying and FRP, or languages that compile to JS to bring more functional tools to bear.

Henri Bergius is going to be talking about NoFlo JS, a project to bring flow based programming to JS.

"NoFlo is a JavaScript implementation of Flow-Based Programming (FBP). Separating the control flow of software from the actual software logic. Helping you organize large applications easier than traditional OOP paradigms, especially when importing and modifying large data sets."

We'll then have a dojo where we can try out NoFlo for ourselves.
