FunctionalJS London - James Coglan - early September 2014

Functional programming, Javascript flavoured

3 September 2014 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm

Currently in read only mode, sorry about that, please try again in a few hours.

This time the dojo/talk will be by James Coglan! He'll demonstrate that Functional Programming's practical applications don't end at map and reduce. He believes that you may - unknowingly - already be using weird and wonderful concepts like immutability and laziness.

At FunctionalJS we practise and hear about functional programming with JavaScript. At each meetup we run a dojo. No experience with FP is needed, we're all at different levels, and we're all here to learn!

Location

The Guardian has been kind enough to offer us space (thanks @patrickhamann and @OliverJAsh!).

Once you've grabbed your ticket, don't forget to share your attendance on Lanyrd too: http://lanyrd.com/series/funjsldn/ - all meetups will appear in this series, so bookmark it for next time.
