Shedding light on techniques such as Pecha Kucha-style, this session will reflect on 10 examples of communication successes and failures in organizations, you will leave this session with an understanding of when, why and how, different forms of storytelling work in organizations; the cultural and organizational constraints around the "storytelling is the new black" phenomenon.
