The audience of your digital experience has a purpose. They are searching for information or have a task to complete. They way a Designer structures the experience can either satisfy the audience’s need or turn them away. The structure supports content and the content is the connection to the audience. “Designing for Results Across All Shapes & Sizes” will inform the audience of this presentation on methods for discovering and applying flexible structures that support actionable content. The audience will learn the fundamentals of how a user-centered Design approach can be utilized to take a business need and transform it into a structured experience with content that satisfies user needs. The presentation will highlight the latest tools used to bring design solutions to life across all types of digital devices from laptops to tablets to smartphones, and how these tools in conjunction with a user-centered approach can help to ensure “effective, efficient and enjoyable” experiences.
