Separating content from code sounds great in theory, but from a content management perspective, having too many chunks can be just as complicated as having too few. In this presentation, we'll discuss how other organizations have managed these decisions and give you tools to help you develop a reasonable balance between progressive adaptive content strategy and practical content management.
