In this session, you will learn dos and don'ts for being an effective client-side developer.

Client-side development is officially an essential skill for all SharePoint developers. However, with the lack of traditional compilers and debugging processes, many developers quickly grow frustrated and resent the client-side development experience. There is hope, though. In this class, you will learn dos and don'ts for being an effective client-side developer.

You will learn:
Simple tricks that make developing and debugging JavaScript easier
The basics of using REST and CSOM to interaction with SharePoint Lists
Be introduced to tools and plug-ins that can take your Client Side applications to the next level
