Product Flow Is Not Enough

A session at London Lean Kanban Day 2014

Monday 28th April, 2014

10:45am to 11:25am (GMT)

Kanban and flow economics have revolutionised how product and knowledgework focused companies work. Lean/Agile respect for people: what they think and believe.

But more things need to flow in the knowledgework enterprise than just product discovery & development, and without them, that core flow becomes turbulent, excessively dissipating the system’s energy.

Empowering teams to see & understand turbulence and act responsively & rationally to tactically and systemically reduce it is the next big step in Lean Product Flow.
